Yes. Our 30-minute discovery sessions are complimentary and confidential. They’re designed to help you understand whether Good Work Lab’s approach is right for your organisation.

That’s exactly what discovery sessions are for. We’ll ask questions about your ER landscape, challenges, and goals, then suggest which diagnostic tools or services might add the most value.

Cilinnie is involved in all discovery sessions and client engagements. For initial enquiries, you may connect with our team, but Cilinnie will always be part of the conversation.

All enquiries and conversations are confidential. We sign Data Processing Agreements with clients and are fully GDPR-compliant. Your information is never shared with third parties without explicit consent.

We’re UK-based and specialise in UK employment law and sector contexts. We have experience in other jurisdictions (Ghana, New Zealand, Trinidad & Tobago) and are exploring international expansion. If you’re outside the UK, get in touch—we may be able to help or recommend partners.
